Fast, butt kicking, amazing results !! This is my first Amazon review but I have to share. So I have used Jillian Micheals dvds before to help get in shape but none will show results like the BODYSHRED program. The best parts about it is that the work outs change every 2 weeks so you don’t get bored. I don’t have time to go to the gym and I don’t like having to research and figure out what muscles to work out so these dvds are ideal. I completed the program to the best of my ability. Super intense. Great workout system for advanced athletes. Anyone else, try it at your own risk. Get ready to sweat, but be beware of potential injury. I’m a huge Jillian Michaels fan and I’m an avid user of her workout dvds. Not including this workout system, I have 8 of her other dvds and I use them regularly. I’m in my late 20s and I’d consider myself to be pretty fit, though I wouldn’t call myself an elite athlete or anything. Will get the job done! This system is super difficult; it makes Body Revolution seem like child’s play. That said, I loved it, loved it, loved it. Given the difficulty of the workouts, I decided to extend each level two weeks, so it took me twice as long. I saw changes in my body within the first month because I made adjustments to my eating habits. I lost 20 lbs in 16 weeks. I would definitely recommend this system to intermediate and advanced users.
