Suzanne Bowen’s BarreAmped is a must have! Oh my goodness, I love this DVD! I watched it all the way through once before doing it, and I didn’t think it would be as hard as the studio classes are. I am glad to say that I am wrong! The only thing that I really miss is some of the core work in the studio – round back/flat back.
