This is not an easy workout just dancing like they claim it is on TV Wow! This workout DVD is a kick ass worlout right at the very first section! It is not as easy at all as they make it sound and look like on Tv. I am in regular good shape to begin with, (so I thought!) and I was dying to stop following the routine when I got to only 10 minutes into doing it the first time. I thought I would die from exhaustion trying to keep up with the no stopping fast pace of it! This is not for the beginner to keep up with unless they can gradually work their way up each…

2 DVDS, Better Than HIP HOP ABS Pleasantly surprise with this purchase. I received 2 DVD’s and they have multiple workouts on them. So for the price, it is definitely worth it. I like this video better than Hip Hop Abs. You get a 15 minute dance option, a 20 minute dance option, 30 minute, 45 minute AND a 10 minute abs option. Personally I love having all of those options for when I have more and less time to workout.

A new level of fun workouts for me This is a great DVD set — now that I’m in decent shape from doing Shaun T’s Hip Hop Abs routines, I’m ready to graduate to more challenging workouts like these. Like Hip Hop Abs there’s a workout for every kind of day you’re having. Definitely some new sore muscles after doing a fast-paced 46-plus minutes in Rockin’ Body, yet sometimes I just want to have a fun 14 minutes of dancing, and that’s there too. My only objection is the extra stuff that precedes the workouts, but it’s easy to skip…
