Harder Than Insanity I found Insanity the Asylum to be a lot tougher than the other Beachbody products. (I’ve done P90X, P90X Plus, Chalean Extreme, Insanity and RevAbs.) For example, halfway through the Vertical Plyo workout (THE most difficult, in my opinion), I’m usually longing for Plyo X or regular Insanity.
