It’s fun and easy to do and you don’t realize the … This workout has shown me more progress than the gym has! I’m addicted. It’s fun and easy to do and you don’t realize the difficultly of the workout you’ve accomplished until you’re sweating towards the end! I’m certain this has lifted my booty much more so than any exercise I’ve done in the gym.

With consistency and diet I lost 11 lbs in 4 weeks First off, this is my second time using these DVDs to lose weight/tone/shape. I was 24 last time, pre pregnancy and ate very small meals. I lost 15 lbs in 6 weeks. 6 years and two babies later, it’s a little harder. However, it still kicks my butt into shape. I follow one of the four 4week calendars provided in the DVD set. I also do an additional 2-3 days of cardio at the gym. My diet could be much better but food is life. It can be rough in the beginning, especially if you haven’t worked out…

I recommend stretching/warm up before If you’re a newbie at working out, I probably wouldn’t start with this or if you do, know your limits. Also, I recommend stretching/warm up before. They just jump right into the exercise.
